What shipping methods do you use ?

We ship all our products from Paris, France using local, tracked shipping methods for all orders. We will provide you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery time as soon as your parcel is taken in charge by carrier. For now, only standard shipping is available and delivery time can take up to 2 weeks for some countries (sometimes longer now because of Covid19 disturbing postal services).

Do you ship internationally ?

Absolutely. We use tracked services (such as Colissimo) to deliver to over 50 countries and territories around the world. Delivery times are approximate and depend on local delivery services in each country.

What are the shipping charges ?

France mainland : free delivery

DOM (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon) : 8 euros

Europe and nearby countries  (Spain, Portugal, UK, Allemagne, Austria, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Danemark, Irlande, Sweden, Italy, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland) : 8 euros

USA, Canada and rest of the world : 20 euros

What about taxes and custom charges ?

If you are an international customer outside the EU, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Norse Light cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

Orders

Can I return my order ?

Changed your mind ? No problem, you can return your items up to 14-days after you received them for a full refund. Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. In the event of a return, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Send us an email at contact@norse-light.com to inform us about the return and we will provide you with the return address.
As of now, we are unfortunately not able to offer free returns. Please note that while you are free to choose which shipment method to use when returning items to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely. We recommend using a Signed For or tracked delivery service to ensure your items arrive.
We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return and you will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used.
